A change made to one of our cloud providers Web Application Firewall (WAF) parsing logic led to an unexpected network outage for several minutes on the morning of Dec 5. During this time, there were reports of 500 internal server errors when attempting to access the Rebuy platform. It lasted for approximately 15 minutes. The issue was resolved once the fix was implemented and the network returned to normal. Ongoing monitoring was conducted to ensure stability. There are no further issues at this time
